    • Launched WRCC smartphone app (app.wrcc.org) and campaign with over 1,500 downloads in its first month.
    • Launched worship service Livestreaming (live.wrcc.org).
    • Cut printing costs by at least 60%.
    • Created internal Communications/Marketing Policy, communications ordering system (www.wrccmedia.com), and project management through Wrike.
