I have a passionfor genuine relationships, web marketing, music, graphic design, new media communication (and every sort of digital media), and technology.
I take a huge interest in analyzing how internet communication interplays in the development of relationships and purchasing decisions. An email, Facebook wall post, text message, Tweet, etc., can literally change the course of a friendship, romantic, or business relationship immediately. We use these mediums to help create and define our social world, and in effect, these are excellent personal mediums for commerce. The power of a well-implemented email, social media, pay-per-click, or SEO marketing campaign can have much longer lasting effects than traditional forms of advertising. My aim is to successfully achieve marketing goals through a more bottom-up or grassroots approach using the social marketing tools of the interwebs.
I’ve been recording, producing, writing, performing, and distributing music since I was 12 years old. I feel music breathes deep within the soul and intimately helps define us as humans. I also have a passion for taking technology and fusing it with creativity to create something beautiful.
Much like music, I’ve been creating computer aided visual & graphic design since I was a pre-teen. Marketing & advertising also help define us as humans, in that images and text drive us to certain attitudes and actions. It’s incredibly interesting being on both ends, creating and absorbing the visual media that helps decide our purchasing behavior.
